Bharati Vidyapeeth University get granting the status of “university” under section of the UGC Act, 1996 to a bunch of twelve institution of bharati Vidyapeeth. After getting a communication from the Government of India Bharati Vidyapeeth University started officially function on 26th of April, 1996.
