Domestic call center: The are no specific educational qualification required to become a

CSO (customer service officer/call center advisor or representative) in a domestic call center.

International call center: However a international call center requires a very good command over English language as the main key skill, even after having an excellent command over English fresher always have to go under effective training. As most of the International call centers deals with MNCs.

Remuneration: As a fresher, anyone can start his/her career in an International call center as a Call Center Executive and earn handsome salary packages. In a domestic call center the starting pay scale for a fresh or un-trained guy is around 8k to 12k but in International call centers the starting salary packages starts from minimum 15k and above.

So if you have quality verbal, communication skills, there is a great future waiting for you in Call centers.
